At EazyLyf, we take pride in the quality and care behind every die-cast model and frame we deliver. However, if your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we are here to help — under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- The product is physically damaged during shipping.
- You provide a clear and uncut unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
Your video must:
- Begin before the package seal is broken.
- Clearly show the full unboxing process.
- Display the damage in detail.
Note: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process any claims.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or preference
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Minor cosmetic variations in packaging or product
- Damage caused after delivery or by improper handling
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@eazylyf.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- The unboxing video showing the damage
Once reviewed and approved, we will process a refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Replacements are subject to product availability.
- Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected without exception.
