Refunds & Returns

At EazyLyf, we take pride in the quality and care behind every die-cast model and frame we deliver. However, if your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we are here to help — under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is physically damaged during shipping.
  • You provide a clear and uncut unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

Your video must:

  • Begin before the package seal is broken.
  • Clearly show the full unboxing process.
  • Display the damage in detail.

Note: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process any claims.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Minor cosmetic variations in packaging or product
  • Damage caused after delivery or by improper handling

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@eazylyf.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • The unboxing video showing the damage

Once reviewed and approved, we will process a refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected without exception.
